Enter Forest of Focus from Training Lowlands by crossing the wooden bridge. Turn left at the first fork in the path. The Diglett is hiding by the edge of the cliff overlooking the water past the Pokemon Den.
Alolan Diglett #3
Enter Forest of Focus from Training Lowlands by crossing the wooden bridge. Turn right at the first fork in the path, passing the tall grass and Berry Tree. The Diglett is hiding before the bridge by some flowers.
Alolan Diglett #4
Enter Forest of Focus from Training Lowlands by crossing the wooden bridge. Turn right at the first fork in the path, passing the tall grass and Berry Tree. At the bridge turn right instead in the opposite direction. Follow the path along until it stops curving and straightens out. The Diglett is hiding by the flowers to your right.

From Diglett #4 keep walking forward along the wall until the next tree. The Diglett is behind this tree.

Just got Diglett #5? Then head to the Berry Tree up ahead and walk through the tall grass to the flower patch. The Diglett is hiding here.
Alternatively, enter Forest of Focus through Challenge Beach and keep following the left side of the path until you reach this flower patch and Berry Tree.

Enter Forest of Focus from Soothing Wetlands. A Diglett is hiding next to the tree which is next to the wooden bridge.

Enter Forest of Focus from Soothing Wetlands. Ignore the bridge and follow the path until you’ve walked through the first patch of tall grass and arrived at an intersection. Turn left and walk up to the Berry Tree. The Diglett is hiding by some flowers to your left.
